Henry George Murphy (1884-1939) produced some of the most iconic Art Deco silver to emerge from Britain prior to the Second World War. His work is not common and when it appears on the market it attracts considerable attention. He was based in the Falcon studio in Weymouth Street London, from 1928 until his early death in 1939.
