Daniel Sigal was born in Bucharest, Romania in 1946. He attended high school at the High School of Music and Art, N.Y.C., and received a Bachelor of Architecture from Tulane University. He has been making custom enamels for 42 years and is based in Lexington, Kentucky in the USA.
