An English straight pull corkscrew known as the ‘Holborn Signet’. This corkscrew has a single finger pull incorporated into the shank. This example marked “HOLBORN SIGNET” on one side and has a British registered design lozenge on the other side for 22 January 1876. This was granted to Edwin Wolverson 131 ½ Gt.
