Russian ‘91- zolotnik’ silver caddy spoon by Carl Fabergé Moscow, Circa 1908- 1926.

The higher ‘91’ Russian Standard is equal to 94,7% and was used for silver imported into Britain where the minimum standard for Sterling silver is 92,5%.

Note: A similar example also by Fabergé was in the John Norrie collection and is illustrated in Plate 90 and discussed on page 81 of Caddy Spoons- An Illustrated Guide.

Dimensions: 11,8 cm long by 3,8 cm across the bowl.

Weight: 37 grams.
